Bust-A-Move is a very successful title that fans have been asking to be brought to Vita. The rerelease will feature 8 playable modes, which include modes like puzzle mode and versus mode. Players can also create their own stages.
The game has been given a general release date of this spring. We do not have any details regarding cross-buy or price. The game will only be a downloadable game. Keep it tuned to VitaBoys for further updates that may be announced.

It seems that they're releasing Bust-A-Move 4 as a PS1 classic, which should mean that you only have buy the game once to play it on Vita, PSP and PS3. Cool, but I was hoping for a new game that's Vita-native and had touchscreen controls (which would be a great fit for this series).
